What the jobs we do most actually cost
Most electricians will not put a number in front of you until they are standing in your kitchen. That is fair enough for complicated work, but it is frustrating when you are simply trying to budget.
So here is what we charge for the jobs we are asked about most often across the Perth metropolitan area. Every one of them is carried out by a licensed electrician, tested properly, and the site is left clean.

All prices exclude GST. Where supply of the fitting is available it comes with a warranty, and where a job varies more than most we have shown the range rather than a single number.

Not every job is a standard job
Older homes, awkward access and long cable runs all change the amount of work involved. If yours is not a standard job we will tell you before we start, not after. There is more than one way to price the work, so pick whichever suits you.
Quotes from photos
Send us a short description of the works and a few pictures and we can usually quote remotely, so you are not waiting around for a site visit.
Day rates
On projects where precise quoting would restrict the flexibility you need, we can work to a day rate instead and keep the scope moving.
Bulk rates
Repeat work, multiple units and larger commercial lighting jobs are priced at bulk rates, which is usually where the elevated work platform pays for itself.

They are the prices we charge for a standard job on a standard property, and they hold true most of the time. Older homes, difficult access, brick or limestone walls and long cable runs can all change the amount of work involved. If your job is not a standard one we will tell you before we start, not after.
